Bon Appétit is committed to serving our guests with food allergies and special dietary needs. We have created an area of our servery called “At Your Service” devoted to serving students who have individual dietary needs for issues such as food allergies, celiac disease, gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance and more. "At your Service" is where students and guests can receive a plated celiac-friendly meal , access numerous products like soy milk, gluten- free bread, and much more. In addition,our well trained chefs at this station can answer questions and guide you through the days menu with offerings that are appropriate for your special dietary needs as well as warn you of menu choices to avoid.
